What is need to compile in "C"

To wrirte a C program you must have a C compiler . I can give you some link to download C compiler. down there.......

1.first go to  Google
2.then type turbo C (only for windows Xp or below)
3.if you use windows 7 or upper i suggest  you dev c++ or any C compiler which           adjustable with your operating system.
4.download & Enjoy C in your compiler.
